Conditions of reservation and rentals
Arrival and departure:
The rooms can be occupied from 14.00. Rooms are to be vacated by 11.00, or 12.00 with the approval of the reception. Arrival must be before 21.00. Without travel cancellation insurance, we charge 80 % of the booked arrangement in case of later arrival or premature departure.
Tokens:
Should you come with tokens or other reductions, the one to the highest value will be accredited to you.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We shall be pleased to enclose an application form for you with your reservation confirmation.
Room categories:
The rooms Geierwally, Alpenrose, Edelweiß, Enzian and Lechtal fall into the 4-star category. The rooms Jöchelspitze, Sonnenkogel and Elbigenalp are in the 3-star category. The rooms pictured in the price list are examples of the living space but may differ slightly from the actual rooms.
Bookings and confirmation of travel:
The only basis of the contract are the details and descriptions of the conditions in the price list which is valid on the day of booking. With your written booking you offer to conclude a binding contract with us. The reservation is binding after our written confirmation of the contract.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Per full-paying person per day 4 euros; 2 euros per day per reduced-price guest. This policy covers all cancellation costs in case of an accident to, the sickness or death of the insured person, of the latter's children, brothers and sisters, parents or grandparents before the beginning of their holiday or during their stay at the Hotel Alpenrose. The premium must within 7 days of concluding the contract be paid into one of the accounts detailed below.
Cancellations:
Room cancellations are only valid in written form. Until 3 months before the beginning of the holiday there are no cancellation charges. From between 3 months and 1 month before the beginning of the holiday, we charge 40 % of the arrangement booked. From 1 month before the beginning of the holiday or in the case of premature departure we charge 80 % of the arrangement booked.
We advise you to take out a travel insurance policy that includes cancellation cover.
Information and changes:
The information given in this price list corresponds to the latest situation and replaces that of any previous publications and programmes. Prices, currency rates and dates remain subject to alteration, as do printing errors.

up to 10.30 for a supplement of 5,- euros per person
Special occupation of double room:
If as a full-paying guest you occupy a double room alone or with your child(ren), we charge as follows:
Full-paying guest double room price Euro 15,00
Children: reduction on the double room price according to age
Conditions of payment:
The hotel bill is to be paid on the day of departure at the latest either in cash or by eurochecks or Maestrocard. (We accept NO credit cards). You may settle the bill after receipt of your reservation confirmation by transfer payment to one of the accounts listed below.
Dogs:
12 euros excluding food.
We request that you do not take your four-legged friend with you into the dining-room.
